Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager Assistant to support our field operations and project management team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and coordination skills, especially in construction or electrical environments. You will work closely with the Project Manager and field team to help keep projects on track, organized, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling daily jobsite activities
Communicate with electricians, suppliers, and subcontractors to coordinate deliveries and schedules
Track jobsite progress and report updates to management
Help manage documentation, including permits, timesheets, safety logs, and inspection forms
Maintain and organize project files (physical and digital)
Support material ordering and inventory tracking
Assist with change orders, job costing, and invoice follow-ups
Attend site meetings and take notes as needed
Requirements
1+ year of experience in construction or field-based project coordination (electrical preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and project tracking software (Microsoft)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to read simple plans or schematics is a plus
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Traits
Electrical field knowledge or background in construction
Bilingual (Korean/Spanish) preferred but not required
Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Eager to learn and grow with the team
