Job Description

We are currently hiring a Journeyman Electrician to join our team. This position is ideal for licensed professionals who are experienced, reliable, and ready to take the lead on residential and commercial electrical projects. You’ll work independently or as a team lead to install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems on active job sites across Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings

• Interpret and work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents

• Lead small crews and supervise helpers or apprentices

• Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, panel installation, and terminations

• Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements

• Maintain accurate material lists and jobsite documentation

• Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and inspectors

• Uphold jobsite safety and report any hazards immediately

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License (TDLR)

• 4+ years of verifiable electrical experience

• Strong knowledge of NEC, commercial/residential codes

• Ability to read electrical blueprints and work independently

• Proficient with hand/power tools and conduit bending (EMT, Rigid)

• Comfortable working from ladders, and lifts

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Traits

• Experience leading small crews or managing apprentices

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Familiarity with time tracking apps or tablet-based systems

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
